Matchmaker for Discord / PUBG: Battlegrounds
PUBG's community splits hard on perspective — FPP players who never play without it and TPP players who rely on over-the-shoulder corner peeks don't want to squad up, and most Discord LFG channels don't filter by perspective at all, let alone perspective plus rank at the same time. On top of that, a Bronze player and a Master in the same squad means one of them is carrying and the other is dead weight in the safe zone. Casual Normal Match players have a different problem: they usually just want a specific map (Sanhok's fast rotations vs. Erangel's classic scale are completely different games), which a plain LFG post has no way to express.
Matchmaker pairs you with PUBG players at a comparable rank, using the same tier ladder the game itself uses:

No rank requirement — filtered by perspective and preferred map (Erangel, Miramar, Sanhok, Vikendi, Taego, Deston, Rondo, Karakin, Paramo, or Random). Squads up to 4.

Yes — perspective is a filter on both Ranked and Normal Match, so you're never matched across the FPP/TPP split.
