Matchmaker for Discord / League of Legends
League is region-locked — a Discord LFG server full of NA players is useless if you queue on EUW, and most servers don't separate by region at all. Solo queue with randoms means no shot-calling and a coinflip on whether your jungler ever visits your lane. Flex needs specific role coverage — a 5-stack with three midlaners doesn't work — and finding four other people who play your rank, your region, and a role that isn't already covered is exactly the kind of matching a chat channel can't do.
Matchmaker pairs you with LoL players at a comparable rank, using the same tier ladder the game itself uses:
Iron-to-Challenger rank, region, and primary/secondary role. Fixed 2-player party — you and one duo partner.
Same rank ladder, region-filtered. 2, 3 or 5-player parties.
Region and primary role, no rank requirement.
Region-filtered, matched by MMR rather than ranked tier.
Separate Iron-to-Challenger ladder for Teamfight Tactics.
/joingame and pick League of Legends, your mode, and your rank.Yes — every League queue (Ranked Duo, Flex, Draft, ARAM, TFT) is region-filtered first: NA, EUW, EUNE, KR, BR, LAN, LAS, OCE, RU, TR, JP, ME, SEA, TW and VN are all supported.
No — Ranked Duo is a fixed 2-player party by design, matching how Riot's own duo queue works. Use Ranked Flex for 3 or 5-player groups.
Ranked Duo lets you set a primary and secondary role. Unranked Draft lets you set a primary role only.
Yes. TFT Ranked uses its own Iron-to-Challenger ladder, tracked separately from your Ranked Duo/Flex rank.
Yes. League players from separate Discord servers are pooled into one matchmaking queue per region, so you aren't limited to your own server's member list.
