Matchmaker for Discord / Marvel Rivals
Marvel Rivals runs one of the deepest rank ladders of any game Matchmaker supports — 23 tiers from Bronze 3 up to One Above All — so a rough "I'm pretty good" LFG post is nearly useless when the actual gap between two nearby tiers is real. Rivals is also open-queue, not a hard role lock like some hero shooters: your Vanguard/Duelist/Strategist pick is a preference, not an enforced slot, which most LFG channels don't distinguish from a strict role queue. And Ranked has a genuinely easy-to-miss quirk — parties of exactly 5 are disabled, even though solo queue can fill a full 6-stack — so a group that happens to be five people gets blocked from queuing together at all.
Matchmaker pairs you with Marvel Rivals players at a comparable rank, using the same tier ladder the game itself uses:
Bronze 3-through-One Above All ladder, plus an optional Vanguard/Duelist/Strategist/Flex role preference (Rivals is open queue — not enforced). 5-player parties are disabled; solo queue up to a full 6-stack is allowed.
No rank requirement, no party-size restriction — casual play.

No — Marvel Rivals is open queue, so Vanguard/Duelist/Strategist/Flex is a matchmaking preference, not a locked slot the way role queue works in some other hero shooters.
Marvel Rivals specifically disables 5-player parties in Ranked — a real game rule, not a bot limitation. Solo queue can still fill a full 6-stack.
23 tiers: Bronze 3 through Bronze 1, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Grandmaster (each 3-2-1), then Celestial (3-2-1), Eternity, and One Above All.
Yes. Marvel Rivals players from separate Discord servers are pooled into one matchmaking queue, so you aren't limited to your own server's member list.
